He took the quote out of its context, twisted it, and then spun it. That is just dishonest. That is beyond editorializing.
The only dishonesty is with you and the liberal sources whose editorial opinions are presented as news.

None of the conservative sources you mentioned (Rush, Hannity, Carlson, and O'Reilly) have ever claimed to be purely presenting news. It is the liberal sources where you can't tell the difference between real news and their opinions and they stifle all conservative opposing viewpoints when they are being exposed as the frauds they are. Such as Don Lemon sending his CNN show straight to commercial when he is being owned by Milwaukee sheriff Clarke or cutting off a discussion when the true overwhelming number of anti-Trump panelists compared to pro-Trump panelists on CNN is being revealed (over 90% to under 10%).

Liberals simply can't handle the truth other than to try to bury it with BS.

I didn't say CNN was perfectly neutral, but they are not as far left as FoxNews is right. Don Lemon hosts what is probably one of their most biased shows (and I personally don't care for his program at all) and it pales in comparison to Hannity/Carlson/Oreilly.

It is hard to find reasonable pro Trump panelists these days. But they do include a conservative panelist almost evey time that they have a liberal one.

Problem with morons like Goosestep is he is so brainwashed, brain dead really, by his leftist view is he is incapable of grasping reality. So, just one more time, for the very slow out there....FOX News has "news" and it has "commentary." Hannity has said only a gazillion effing times he is NOT a journalist. He says that on both his radio and his TV shows. He states, "I have a conservative bias." Same thing with Tucker Carlson, and the other commentators. But they are NOT the journalists on FOX. On FOX you get the "news" just the facts, here's what has happened, etc... and you get commentary, which has a right-wing spin. But, at least you actually get "news".

Rush is the best at doing this. He always cites his sources, gives the listener an unfiltered report and then he spins it. For example, Rush will quote a report, like recently he read from Reuter's report on the crime in Chicago. He read directly from the report and cited his source, the date the report was published, if there is a name associated with the report, he will tell his listeners, this article was written by Joe Blow...and then Rush puts his spin on it. In this case, Rush blamed Chicago's libtard mayor Ralm Emmanuel (whatever his name is) and linked him to obummer. Now, if the listener chooses to not believe the report, then their beef is with the source, not Rush. And, since I know many of you don't listen to Rush, he cites sources from across the political spectrum. He is always citing Huffington Post, "the huffing and puffing" post he calls it. So, no, he doesn't limit himself to just conservative sources.

There is no such separation on CNN and the other leftist propaganda networks. They try to pass off editorial commentary as "news." The worst offense by the lefty networks is the omission of news. If it reflects poorly on the democraps or some commie movement, CNN and the others don't report it at all. You could fill volumes with what is NOT reported on the libtard networks. They purposely cover up all the stupid stuff libtards do.
    Amen!

I don't believe that kid was autistic. That was a set-up by a Trump hater.

CNN showing their bias yet again....

    quote:

Bob Schieffer is an old-school newsman. There’s no doubt that the former Face the Nation host leans left, but he is still capable of reporting, you know, the news. That is too much for denizens of the modern MSM to tolerate.

On today’s Reliable Sources on CNN, Schieffer reported the glaringly obvious truth: that President Trump gave a good speech in Saudi Arabia today. Guest host John Berman had to push back: “you know, Bob, though, that there will be people who look at that last comment you made and say you’re normalizing the president.”

Schieffer gave the perfect response: he wasn’t trying to normalize Trump, he was trying to do what reporters [are supposed to] do: report.

I was actually watching at that time so I saw the full context. Bob was pointing out some positives in the speech, but the positives were really more of a - "Trump avoided all of these possible mistakes" sort of recount of the speech.

Anyone watching at that time could have seen that the attributes he pointed out passed only the lowest of a bar of expectations for a POTUS. So "normalizing" in the context of Trump means lowering expectations such that if he exceeds them then you say he did a good job, when if someone else did the same you would say it wasn't so good.

A recent study confirms that media coverage of hurricanes is almost 100% negative. The media is overwhelmingly biased against hurricanes and shouldn't be trusted.

Well, the libtard lamestream media gets all tizzied when a dangerous storm hits the US, so they can scream, "See! global warming is causing worse hurricanes!" They love it. The more death and destruction the better too.

Those of you on this forum in 2005 remember how a couple of our libtards were over-joyed by the record-setting year for 'canes. algore crawled out from under his rock and was proclaiming, "give my organization $billions so I can save the world!!" I posted (and please, someone find my posts from '05) that one should be careful to link one bad year to your theory because hurricanes are a weather event, not a climate event, and just fast as a bad year comes.....VERY GOOD years can follow. And what happened?

Except for slight uptick in 2008 (Ike and Gustav hit Louisiana), every year since 2005 has seen record lows of numbers of storms and intensity. So, yeah, PLEASE algore and all you goofy manmade-GW enthusiasts, link your "proof" to 2005. PLEASE do it!!!

In this case, I love being right all the time...

Media loves a good hurricane, any other natural disaster, or notable manmade tragedy. Good for ratings. They look forward to them like healthcare providers look forward to flu season.
