I'd say your right but we did the same thing last Friday at MT
Either there is a cutoff time at the buffet or we have a bus to catch. Don't think that bus is scheduled to leave before late afternoon tomorrow though.
Yep, I'm sure there were 15 baseball scouts there tonight to clock Charlotte's freshman pitcher.
Sadly, an enormous underachieving performance tonight, both pitching and hitting. It's incomprehensible how Tech didn't show up knowing that this loss would essentially end the season. The first two innings of Burroughs not coaching to scratch out a couple of runs set the tone and ultimately gave Charlotte all the momentum.
Oh no! We have two runners on with nobody out again.
Pop foul out- 1 away.
lmao - Daigle just took the train off the track
Gladu is going to hit a HR to give us a slight hope.
Don't know what y'all expected Burroughs to do - our guys couldn't hit the ball, period.
With guys in scoring position our hitters struck out. Not sure what a coach can do when Diaz, Lunceford, Boggs , Skelton (who'd I miss) all struck out with runners on base. Nate didn't have a good night but that's indicative of our lack of pitching depth. He really should not have started with 3 days rest but who else do we have. However, this game is on the offense. TOO MANY left on base & too many Ks.
Last year we had 3-4 solid starters that competed when our hitters struggled but this year if we don't score runs we don't win UNLESS Nate is on the mound.
Not a good formula for winning tourneys & it just may cost us a regional bid

A new article has been posted on www.latechsports.com:
An early deficit was too much to overcome as Louisiana Tech fell to Charlotte 7-2 on Wednesday night at MGM Park in Biloxi, Mississippi.
