How did they notify potential attendees? THE BBB, twitter, Facebook, Instagram? Did they use email or USPS?

I go to a call from someone at Tech (after I'd already registered).

The attendance comment was just something mentioned by the staff. I doubt I'd have noticed it otherwise. Hopefully it doesn't dissuade them from keeping this going as it's a fun event.

They have had Tech in Town by this time every year before now. I haven't seen anything about them anywhere this year.

I asked but got no response. Typically "Tech's in Town" happens in May. They have quite a few events planned for the summer, but none in South Louisiana.
