So far he has threated to pull out of the summit because the US is still planning joint military operations with South Korea, because he HATES John Bolton, and now because South Korea is incompetent.

Kim is just not used to anything happening that he doesn't control completely, and I am starting to believe he'd rather go down in flames than relinquish whatever he believes gives him power. He is willing to do this even if he starves the entire population of North Korea.
If I were a betting guy, I'd put the chances of the summit at less than 20% at this point.
