Why red? We have a red out game. Why. Red?
Yet this is what Tech's preview press release says... http://www.latechsports.com/sports/m...110917aab.html
If You Go...
What the Bulldogs will wear: BLUE
Our AD has made lots hiring/firing mistakes. Nothing new there.
I was simply pointing out who did it. After the initial blowup from fans over the white T change nobody would admit to doing it. I never understand why we make unneeded changes then nobody claims them unless they get lots of support.
I'm sure both of them are great fans, but they apparently don't value Tech tradition.
Ha! I don't know Leah, but you couldn't be more wrong about Josh Mac. Like most of our athletics underlings, he spent years working long hours for little pay. In Mac's case, he was an intern for several years...getting paid nothing.
Beyond that, he has a deep appreciation for sports tradition. Apparently he disagrees with you and 06 on some graphics decisions, but to question his appreciation for tradition OR how good he was at his job just shows that you don't know who he is or the bulk of the work that he's done.
It's not that hard to bring back the white T. Just order the decals. Done. I bet the vendor has the logo on file.
The solution for the state-T debate.
I love that we wear red and white when our opponents’ colors are red and white.
I don't care who he is. He and Leah got rid of the white T. Then they, along with our President, were ashamed to take credit for it when they realized what a fail that move was. No appreciation for Tech sports tradition.
Are you referring to the Tech sports tradition of the spell out? That's the only one left.
I know you are opposed to logic, but logic says that those opposed to the white T would have been complaining about it before it was changed to red. Not only did nobody complain, only a handful said anything positive about the change. It was a REALLY dumb move. Those who thought otherwise never even stated their opinions until AFTER the change.
What Tech sports traditions does Josh feel are off limits to change?
