How can I put money on UTEP and the points soon enough?! That is a lot to cover for OU especially on the first weekend. Not sure what Kentucky and So Miss have coming back, but that seems generous for Kentucky getting so much love on the road there.

I would take Oklahoma and the points.

I would probably take UTEP and the points. OU lost Bob Stoops, so they have a new coach now. Surely OU won't score 50 something points in the new coaches first game? (I figure UTEP can probably score 10 points.)
