It's a ripoff for sure. Not sure if we will pursue it, but we did a few years ago with the state T.
The same mark may be registered by different entities for different goods and/or services. That being said the test is whether there is confusion as to the source. Just thinking that Tech endorses the source might not be enough, but do people think that Tech is providing the services. The endorsement angle might sway a court.
The owner of this firm is a Mississippi State grad, must like our logo better.
Would you contact him and see if he could use a bunch of surplus dog-head stickers that "I Hope" will never be used again at Louisiana Tech? If so give our AD's contact info.Originally Posted by Bulldog Tom
