A lot of the mooster fans showed their azz when the guys with the cowbells were escorted out. Some others, who had kept their silly bells hidden/unused took that occasion to start clanging their bells too. I guess daring the cops to escort them out as well. Game was almost over by then anyway.

They did have a drink station that I requested - I think they should also have one where they sell programs. That is a WASTED $$$ Space.

They actually HAD vendors walking the stands. It's been a while since I've seen that at JAS.

I'd like to see more vendors with more options - popcorn, hot dogs, candy - even pizza.

edit: we won't have to worry about long lines for the next 5 games.

This was the game to make an impression on fans that haven't been to a game in years. One friend (who had been to a game in years) commented on how Tech concessions are worse than some high schools. I've been to other FBS stadiums and CUSA stadiums, and I agree Tech has long way to go.

Saw the same guy once in the first half and late in the fourth. By then he was out of breath and sweating profusely.
Instead of two vendors, there should have been about 10 walking the aisles. Easy money for considering how long the lines were at the concessions.

I agree. My first job as a 15-y.o. was selling concessions at Fair Grounds Fields for the Captains. I walked that stadium selling cokes, peanuts, cracker jacks, hot dogs (huge metal box with Sterno Flames).

Get some High School/College kids in there and SELL.

Heck, give them a percentage and offer it as a fundraiser for a non-profit.

Prior to a blocked punt, we played like we belong on the field with an SEC team. Their QB was stunned and confused, our defense was confident and flying around, and our offense was intentional and methodical. If Jmar doesn't try to repeatedly do too much, that is a very different game.

    Classic game of quicksand.

I guess in a weird sort of way, we found out what we cannot do going forward, so that is kind of a backhanded positive:

We did recover the ball on the botched snap.

Being in third and 93 is more positive than giving up six.

I like to think of that play as 3rd & goal from the 7.

Older gentleman sitting on the east side that call the cops of some MSU fans. These kids were MSU cheerleaders that knew the cheers and were yelling for their team. Man was upset because the kids were yelling for their team, but tells the cops the kids were using using choice words (nothing overtly bad), over-reaction on his part. Man's son gets up and starts yelling at the kids once the cops get there and they already escorted them halfway down the aisle. It reflected very poorly on Tech fans. Don't expect to sit on student and young alumni side and not hear expletives. And don'.t use that as a excuse to get opposing fans kicked out. This man, son and family leave early from the game, halfway through the third quarter
Yeah on a similar note, I was booing the State team as they ran on the field, nothing more nothing less, no expletives, and an older Tech fan, a lady I might add, asked me, "where is the sportnamship", lol, I was on the East Side as well. Sometimes I wonder if these people forget they are at a college football game.

Our defense did NOT play terrible. Yes, our D gave up a couple of big plays that really hurt, but they mostly kept MSU's offense honest. It was our offense that hurt us, with turnovers and extremely bad plays (e.g., the 87-yd loss you referenced).
