Have you considered those Dogs?
LSU hosts Troy in two weeks. Not a game that should make anyone choose to stay in the easy chair over coming to the stadium if they really have any interest in attending live in Ruston.
How we do next week may determine that.
MSU may be legit but we played like trash. Doubt it makes a big difference.
Beat the cocks!
Real Tech fans could care less about LSU. Probably be 2-2 when we play S Alabama. We put 21 on MS - LSU only 7 . We lost by 34 they lost by 30. HUGE win tonite, despite a lot of drops -- we will have our usual crowd for better or worse . Last thing, assuming we come to Ruston 2-2 vs 1-3 . - that's important
Depends on the weather
''Don't be a bad dagh..."
Most of us knew Moo State was the toughest opponent on our schedule. USC will also be tough, of course. But, the casual fan should now be better informed and have a better perspective on our performance last week. I don't have a connection to our fans to know what effect, if any, this whole Moo State stuff has. Some of you seem to know what everyone thinks because I see posts like: "that's it, we've lost all the casual fans now!" How do any of you know that? Do you get every "casual" fan's contact info and Facebook message them?
As I look at our schedule it appears our two toughest remaining CUSA opponents, USM and UTSA, we get at home. If form holds those two games are the key to our season. IF the Dawgs can win the games I think we should win, then those two games will determine if we get an 8th game at Aillet this year. We took a big step to making that happen last night.
Regardless, our fans need to show up....if we hope to continue to build the program.
Last nights win was crucial. I still can't believe we pulled that one out. With a little more consistency on offense we could be a very good team. Biggest thing on defense is we have to figure out more effective ways to bring pressure. Middle LB blitz has not been effective to date. Jaylon has flashes but other than a couple plays last night, he hasn't been up to last years form.
