UTEP twice value of us? Lot bigger stadium and who knows all the factors used. They are 2-10 against us all time and have only won 21 games in the last 5 years. I suspect market factors heavily into this. Particularly for the bottom half of teams. Were private teams ranked? Tulane for example. I would also like to see the other CUSA teams and how they rank.

Fake news! ULM is worthless. A value implies that someone would buy it. The last AD couldn't be paid enough to oversee it, much less take on the personal liability of owning it.
But good for USL. They are worth about $10,101.01 more than us per yard of the longest run in Cajun Field history. $10,050.25 if you count Teddy Allen's extra half yard.
