I understand where you guys are coming from. I used to think the same way before I knew better.
So, we need to fire all the leadership at the schools and school boards and start fresh. Essentially the same thing. Quit paying people who are failing. That’s the free market. Or you have to admit that people have to care about real success in order to succeed. I.E. personal responsibility.

Did Biden sign and EO pledging help to minority owned businesses only? Like he left out white owned small business? That seems pretty systemic.
We don’t agree on much, but I understand that blacks in America have had many more obstacles to overcome than whites. People that don’t understand it are either blind or don’t want to understand. I also feel like their have been tremendous strides in the last 50 years, but you don’t hear about it. The media is in business to make money, and stirring up racial discord and fanning the flames makes them money hand over fist.
There has been progress, but it isn’t time to pat ourselves on the back.
It seems that you agree that 1 out of 500 still represents a very large problem.
Large corporations are talking the talk with specifics like they haven’t before. That is progress. Their institutional shareholders are also pushing them.
It feels like the window is open to make significant progress now.
