PD is correct. Louisiana Tech has never lost to a SBC team in football.....while that school was in the SBC.
we damn near messed up in 2000.....MTSU got their first ever D1A win against us....they were an indy that year and moved to the SBC the next year.....and won it and the bowl game.

Not sure who the 8 teams would be. We've played Lafayette two times, Ark St one time, and now USA one time. Was UNT still a Sunbelt team when we played them the first time?

This shows losses since 2000 - we have lost to current members Idaho & New Mexico State, but they were WAC at the time.

ULL - 2003, 2004, 2014, 2015
North Texas - 2005, 2006
Okay. I wasn't sure about UNT, but it was a good guess on my part. I never considered Lafayette being a member that far back ('03 and '04)
We played --and beat-- UNT TWICE when they were reigning Sunbelt champions back in 2005 and 2006.
And that list does not include Saturday's win over USA.
