Awesome avatar btw!!! Do you happen to play Smash bros, or did in the past?

It's just a regular secret doctorate

Maybe so. I'm just ready for this team to take the next step, and that won't be for a long time, I think. Should just enjoy the wins even if they are ugly.

There was one play in the 3rd quarter that Brandon Durman really disappointed me. On a 3rd down play --around USA's own 40-yd line-- Durman had an opportunity to make a nice open field tackle on a USA RB who had just caught a pass 3-5 yds past the LOS. As the RB turned to run up field, Durman hit him hard, and bounced off like a bowling pin. Meanwhile the RB kept going, and converted the 3rd down to another much needed (for USA) 1st down. This play kept USA's drive alive while they were still very much in this game.

Of course, Durman had tried to tackle the USA RB up high --around the shoulders-- so it was very easy for him to make Durman look like a child. That USC RB tossed Durman off his body like a cheap suit. And BTW, I noticed quite a number of our guys trying to tackle up high last Saturday night. It NEVER works. Why do they do it?

Pretty sure I saw a quote from Skip that Canty was hurt.

BTB confirmed on their radio show tonight that Canty is out with a knee injury. However, Dugas was back at practice today.

I didn’t even play football and I know you have to get your pad level below the opponents. Especially if they have a head of steam and you are practically standing still or slowly advancing.

I love when an offensive player gets his pads lower than an lsu/cardinal thug...

Inside the cone of uncertainty for the as yet named storm that has developed. I did the USM game in the tropical storm. Not sure my wife and child will be excited to try it again.

Couldn’t let what I think was an intentional Kelly’s Heroes quote go unnoticed.

Sent him reeling. BTW Trent had 5 catches that game. Great job!
