There have been some really bad Tech teams in my time, but I don't know that there has ever been one that could snatch defeat from the jaws of victory like this bunch. They just find a way to lose when they shouldn't.

Do we need to investigate if Skip might be on the take?
The fourth quarter was something straight out of the twilight Zone, no way I could have imagined that. How do you lose a game in that fashion? Losing in that manner practically calls for collusion and cooperation between both teams to even pull it off.
I don’t believe there are any ‘losers’ on the playing field. All in all they practice every week to get better and they compete to the best of their physical abilities.
The losing originates on the sideline where Holtz leads the underachieving. He doesn’t inspire a ‘going for it’ mentality and I don’t necessarily mean 4th and a yard although his fault applies their too.

I always feel terrible after a loss, and usually can't go to sleep til the next day, but I'm not usually ready "to throw the baby out with the bathwater".
The guys can still make it to a bowl game, so let's don't give up on them.
