And a very young team that sent 8 senior player signings to the Pros last year. And more than just rookie X.Woods that is starting for the Cowboys if some of our others weren't hurt early on during preseason. Yes that sounds like Skip but he would be right.

Youth is never a good excuse for losing the way we are losing nor is it a good excuse for a 5th year coach.

8 to the pros last year?

. Rice scores? Stanford in Australia - Pitt -Houston -Army losses. Average fan looks at won -loss record rather than who they played. N Texas lost to SMU (54--32 ) Iowa (31-14) give them credit for beating S Miss and UAB 46-43 . They are #1 in our division but a win next week will put us back in the race

How many did alabama send to the pros? Do you really want to use that as an excuse TT?

I only saw the last 3 min of that game, and in typical LA Tech fashion, X Woods missed an EASY 4th down tackle that would have ended the game with Dallas winning. (They managed to win anyway.) Woods had the receiver stopped 3 full yards short of the 1st down marker, but of course he tried to tackle the guy around the shoulders and the Redskin player shook him like a cheap suit.

We saw a lot of those "shoulder tackles" yesterday.....you know, the ones up around the SHOULD PADS. This type of tackling is so effective --you know, since everyone runs on their shoulders-- I just don't know why everyone doesn't tackle that way.

We are very strong! We have a great S&C coach. No need to emphasize proper tackling.

When we have recruiting classes that compare to Bama’s .... I would agree. We have very little depth at any position... injuries make a huge difference. The jimmie’s and joe’s make a difference....

Sure as AlafreakingBama reloads every year with freshmen that could beat the Cleveland Browns.

I was channel surfing...and actually I was watching more of the Texans-Seasickhawk game...but I happened to tune in and saw a missed tackle by a Cowboy at a critical moment and the very first thought that flashed thru my mind was "looks like a Tech tackle." And only then did I notice it was X. I laughed to myself.
