With Bonnette going down, is Tech getting TOO thin at receiver? I think Woodard is a weapon that will be well used and will surprise some folks, but we need some depth there. Any chance Amik would go both ways? Wasn't he an accomplished receiver?

We have this one riding the pine. He can actually get open AND catch a football. COYHCSH seems to like the guys who get open and drop 'em.

We really HAVE seen a LOT of drops this year, haven't we? I make it a point NOT to criticize specific players, but I have seen a number of drops
Kinda reminds me of Bobby Slaughter
Guy looks like a bigger faster Trent Taylor. I reserve tougher till he proves it.

This weeks depth chart listed Bonnette as a starter, if that means anything.
But yes we are too thin at WR and have been too thin really for a while. Hardy, Smith, Bonnette, Woodard have all been out for extended time.
We were a much better offensive team early in the year when Bonnette was in the lineup and burning teams deep.

With Bonnette hurt, we haven't had a deep threat. At Rice we tried that one deep throw to Bonnette that resulted in Bonnette getting hurt again. I really hope he is better this Saturday and plays.
no idea who you talking about but is he a true freshman? I know we protect eligibility ==I watched #11 Belton thriw before Rice game and he looked really good but we are saving his eligibility --
I remember S Miss game we had 3 straight drops --J Mar had to be frustrated-- after that possession he fell apart-- Rice game saw the same thing with dropped passes but he held up ok --
