Central Michigan beats Western Michigan Wednesday night. After going 13-0 in the 2016 regular season, WMU is now staring straight at a 6-6 2017 regular season.

Stockstill back for Middle Tennessee against UTEP, so there won't be any hardship year possibility. MT up 17-0 just before halftime
FIU finally opens the scoring in Miami against UTSA with 3:40 left in the 3rd, and 13 seconds later the lead became 14-0.
If UTSA can't turn it around and then loses at home to UAB and Marshall, the game in Ruston on November 25 may become a bowl eligibility showdown.

Skippy will have to sink to a new low for Tech to not be able to at least squeak by with a win in El Paso, but I won't bet my bottom dollar against it.
MT now up 24-zip on UTEP, and FIU still leads UTSA 14-7 with 6 minutes left after the Roadrunners were stuffed 4 times inside the FIU 2.
I'm treating the FAU game next week as an exhibition game for the UTxx season that follows.
Would not be surprised if Tech won next week, there seems to be no consistent winners in this conference. Then we would have to listen to all the improvements that were made over the week in practice, believe me, it could happen.
More likely that FAU will run for 500 and get 750 total offense than Tech winning next week.
Don't worry, you won't be surprised.
