Teddy does a good job with a lot of analogies here, all of them pretty obvious. Teddy talks a lot about leadership, or the lack of it and the affect it has on the ever changing lineup we have each week. The lack of a team leader is becoming more and more obvious every week, if we had one, it seems like he would have stepped up by now. I think our leader will emerge from the number two's or three's, if that is allowed.

On another subject involving Teddy, I notice that he is becoming more and more vocal on the "no calls" from our refs each week, I hope it rubs off on a few people.
