When I see White play, I think of the line from the Elvis song Big Boss Man - "Well you ain't so big, you know, you're just tall that's all". I really want him to be successful and I know he is putting forth the effort, but he doesn't have the upper body strength to hang onto the ball (and he is much stronger now than when he first arrived at Tech). He gets pushed around a lot. If he wasn't a swatter, he wouldn't be contributing much at all.

really is no reason CUSA shouldn't be trying to get Tech a spot since they've gone through all the top teams in the conference outside of Tech

first game i have been able to watch this season. not sure where the "no defense" complaints have been coming from. looked like good aggressive defense in the first half (and in spurts of the second half). a lot of sloppy play and getting caught out of position, but it didn't look like terrible defense to me. pretty good movement and getting hands in the way. would have been even better if they hadn't started calling so tight on the contact once we got a big lead. based on the comments i had read on here, i was expecting to see the team not even trying on the defensive end...
The "no defense" complaints came from Tech playing no defense 2nd half of UT Tyler nor any defense at all against SEMO except for the opening minute of OT. We were a Bottom 25 defense at that point. lol. Konkol opened their eyes to see their lazy D in the film room after the SEMO game. Much better defensive effort since then.
