ESPN is now reporting Currie is gone from Tennessee. Looks like Fulmer is kind of taking the lead in hiring the next head coach. You simply cannot make this stuff up.

Tennessee is a train wreck because they are still thinking the next coach should be equal to Fulmer or get fired within 2-3 seasons. I know Tennessee is a big time program and big time job, but come on.
The coach search is basically sabotaged from within.
I love to see a P5 in turmoil. Even more enjoyable is an SEC P5 in turmoil.
I believe lsu will be in a similar situation this time next year.
PAW all up in LSU business and rooting for ULM this weekend...I just saw a pig fly by!!!
Stop it!
Orgeron loses 3 games again next year fans will be calling for his head. If he loses 4 games I believe he will get fired.
I'm all about the rules of fandom. I helped write them.
Pulling for ulm to win is a very rare, but pulling for FSU to win is hoping the odds decrease for EllAye Tech's bowling.
Word is Fisher is officially gone now (to TAMU).
Yep, what a turn for FSU over the last two years.

All this drama and the line is still 27.
Cant blame the players, Im sure they want a coach that is committed not shopping for another gig. Of course, Jimbo may see the handwriting on the wall and is bailing while he has leverage. Anther sub par year and his value declines.
''Don't be a bad dagh..."
"Texas A&M officials have approved a 10-year, $75 million contract for Jimbo Fisher, which is the richest deal in college football history in terms of total value, sources told ESPN. He'll be the second highest paid coach in the FBS with an average salary of $7.5 million. Alabama's Nick Saban agreed to an eight-year contract extension in May that will play him $65 million over the life of the deal. Saban will make an average of $8.1 million."

Just had lunch with an LSU guy and he fully expects Orgeron to be gone. He said they beat 4 teams that fired their coach. I sort of thought they would all be excited about the turn around.
