    Kiffin's Fast Paced Offense

FAU is absolutely DESTROYING Akron 36-3 with it's fast-paced offense (and the game isn't that close). They get the offensive play calls in quickly, line up quickly, and GO QUICKLY. They don't stand around wasting time with "meerkat" delay stuff and their offensive execution looks effortless. Hopefully we seriously work on running our offense MUCH FASTER this coming spring; it is the difference between TDs and FGs/punts (Ws and Ls)!

Yep. Our HC is thinking behind two plays instead of ahead 4 plays.

Not surprised that he said today that his best RB will not be starting.

    FAU now leads 43-3.

    Make that 50-3. Final

SportsCenter opened tonight highlighting how FAU ran rampant over C-USA opponents. Seeing our home 'crowd' at Joe Aillet Stadium watching FAU scoring easy touchdowns... soooo sad to rewatch on ESPN.

If we have the players to pull that off it would be great. Also, Kiffin lays it all out there, going for it on fourth down. He wants to win and win big! He doesn't want FG's, he wants TD's. He even went for a 2pt conversion up really big tonight. He thinks they will be better next year. His parting shot tonight on his on the field tv interview? Knocking his brothers defense for giving up 3.

Would you say that Akron competed?

I sincerely hope we speed it up a bit and take more chances (and hopefully let J'Mar be the QB he supposedly can be), but...I do not want us to go for it on 4th down deep in our own end with the score tied 0-0 early in the first quarter.

That was a bit much (yeah, it was successful).

We won’t see a super fast paced offense. After 12 games, we as a team have lost that ability.

Not as a team. We are missing one key player and a HC coach with a set.

Yep, our HC has spent most of his very limited pre-bowl game interview time trying to justify his HORRIBLE decisions, so what does he do? He says "Screw the fans, stats, eye test...I'm going to start Craft."
