Thoroughly enjoyed both games yesterday. Should be a great championship game. Also agree with Frost that committee did every thing possible to keep UCF out of playoff picture.

Since the AAC started the whole "Power 6" branding I don't feel sorry for them at all.
Good old Memorial Gym
The AAC is using the ull approach: call yourself something you are not nor are you entitled to and hope that soon or later it will happen. Not illegal like the Leopards, but still kinda in-your-face. It is a fact that the AAC is at the top of the heap of the so-called G5 when using success, budgets and perceived prestige. Maybe their being snubbed by the P5 like the rest of us will cause such a stink that the NCAA will have to address the inequalities of the whole mess.
The Oklahoma-Georgia game was exciting, but, the Alabama-Clemson game was very boring. How about that Notre Dame WR catch and run that beat LSU!!!!
I'd like to see an expanded playoff - several ways to do this but easiest is 12 teams (all conference champions plus 2 at large).
Here's how I would have set it up using this year's CFP Rankings (plus BCS Rankings for unranked champions).
All seeds are Ranked by committee - top 4 seeds get a bye. Next 4 seeds are home team for 1st round. One "G5" team will always get to play at home in 1st.
Quarterfinals can be played on Campus of Top seeds or played at "Neutral Site" bowl locations similar to Basketball tournament.
Bowl Games wouldn't know their date until December 3.
Birmingham Bowl could be Alabama vs. Troy/Ohio State Winner
Belk Bowl could be Clemson vs. Boise/UCF winner
Heart of Dallas could be Oklahoma vs. Toledo/USC winner
TaxSlayer Bowl (Jacksonville, FL) could be Georgia vs. FAU/Wisconsin winner.
Remaining Bowls would be slotted using a committee of Conference reps, TV reps, & Bowl Reps.
