I’m just impressed he believes republican judges can’t be bought.

I think it would be highly improbable that multiple judges (appointed by either party) overseeing the same case would be bought.

One judge here or there is plausible, but you are getting into the realm of fantasyland to hypothesize that is what may have happened here.

    Here is the article:

    https://www.wsj.com/articles/house-r...emo-1517592392

The identity of FISA judges is not a secret, though the ones on any particular case may be.

I'll read the article later, but did click on the link. It looks like all of these, but one, began their term under Obama. Who appointed them to the FISA court?

FISA court term is 7 years IIRC, but many of these have been federal court judges for decades.

Bush II was such a moderate for the most part. His last 2 years with socialist liberals Pelosi and Reid in charge of Congress and the Senate
and the lame stream "fake news" commie media on full attack mode were absolutely dreadful!

Yes, that's a given. I'll ask again. Who appointed them to the FISA court?

I believe we learned years ago that those who are appointed by Republican presidents are not always conservative judges.

That's not what I asked. I don't care who appointed them to a judgeship.

John Roberts has appointed them all.

That's certainly not a ringing endorsement for the conservative cause.

FWIW, I've never bought into the crooked judge(s) theory. My attitude on them has been the same it was with Comey in the beginning. I want them to be honest and great American citizens doing what they are paid to do.

I believe John Roberts is as deep in the swamp as John McCain and Maxine Waters. None of them are great Americans.

    So true unfortunately.
