That was a big comeback win, especially after the UALR effort. Ugly baseball, but I'll always take the W.

T3- Huddleston with an RBI double moving Mallard to 3rd. Then Mallard got picked off of 3rd followed by a Robinson strikeout.

Even Simoneaux's teams didn't get every other runner picked off, caught stealing, or thrown out on the bases some other silly way.
How about just staying near the base. There is no need to even tempt the pitcher with a pickoff at third.
Of course! But that's not what we do.
We had runners on 2B and 3B with 1 out... and got picked off 3B. So bad. The sad thing is it's all become so predictable, and Burroughs doesn't seem to care.

Second time this year we've tried the safety squeeze. Again the runner didn't execute. That's exactly the kind of crap Sim tried to do.
Wasn't it Mallard on 3rd the last time too?

Are you talking about the one where we got the bunt down fielded by the pitcher who had our runner thrown out at home by like 20 feet? The catcher had the ball before our runner even entered the picture!
Or are you talking about a different one?
