It’s about time. Thirty-six year old Luke and his 38-yr old brother Josh have just about squeezed all they can out of a young persons game. Luke has nothing to complain about. He’s healthy, and he’s made a fortune off of clearly moderate (by NFL standards) talent. He’s a lucky man. Congrats to him....and his brother Josh, who is still playing.

According to overthecap.com and spotrac.com Luke made over $17 million dollars. Not too shabby for 356 career pass attempts. Plus his Verizon endorsement money. Job well done Luke!

That means Luke was paid $47,753 for every pass he attempted.

That’s nothing. Chase Daniel has made $245,000 per attempt in his Mel career.

I wouldn't say it's nothing. It's just not as much as Chase Daniel has apparently been paid.

If some NFL team would pay me, I'd be perfectly happy holding a clipboard on the sideline.
