We need to pray for those behind bars and help them medically. But this touchy and feely liberals releasing criminals could be disastrous. Keep them locked up and administer medical help to them in their separate facilities. Just another common sense issue that socialist liberals they can't get right. This is complete lunacy. We're now basically telling the general population stay at home and releasing prisoners who have been in lock down for some period of time. Do we really expect them to stay at home? Just lock down the facilities, move the inmates with the virus to specific locations and not let in any visitors.
Would you rather them take up the hospital beds so others can’t use them? Looks like they are trying to release nonviolent offenders and those that don’t have very long left in jail (from reading the article).
