Market/banking pundit Stephanie Pomboy predicted the collapse of Silvergate and SVB about a year ago. Pomboy appeared on CNBC Friday kind of patting herself on the back for being right, but she was. They replayed her appearance from about 14 months ago as she warned about these over-leveraged banks especially those investing in "risky" endeavors, and Pomboy said that if the Fed continued to raise rates these banks were doomed. Well, we know the Fed has continued to raise rates and Bam!
Of course some are attempting to link this mess to the 2008 banking collapse when banks had exposure to all that subprime stupidity. That depends on just how widespread and deep this recent "risky" investment policy is.

Nuclear Base Focuses on Diversity, Fails Nuclear Inspections
You can’t nuke China unless you have diversity at a base in North Dakota.
Every July, Minot Air Force Base, the only one to contain two ‘legs’ of the nuclear triad, celebrates ‘Diversity Day’. Held at the Jimmy Doolittle Center, named after the hard-charging Air Force pioneer who led the first air raid into Japan after Pearl Harbor, Diversity Day showcases “many different cultures along with other diversities such as religion and disabilities” representing the various cultures at Minot Air Force Base.” Jimmy would not approve.
A culture notably absent from the Diversity Day festivities at Minot is a culture of competence.
Two Air Force commanders have been fired after their units failed nuclear surety inspections. Another four of their subordinates also went out the door. Firings have become common at Minot AFB which maintains a unique status in the nation’s defense and in the botched leadership that focuses on diversity and political correctness over national security.
The chain of disasters was kickstarted in 2014 when the commander of the 741st Missile Squadron at Minot AFB was forced out over allegations that he had discriminated against pregnant women. Afterward, the “ball began rolling on Minot’s diversity program”.
“I believe that President Obama said it best when he stated, ‘our nation derives strength from the diversity of its population,” Senior Master Sgt. Neil Armstrong, the first black man to occupy his position, claimed. He warned that, “implementation of the Air Force diversity policy is the responsibility of everyone. Moreover, diversity is critical for successful operations in the international community.” Apparently you can’t nuke China and any other parts of the international community unless you have diversity at a base in North Dakota.
Press releases were filled with woke buzzwords like “accountable and sustained diversity effort”.

So! the aged George Soros has assured his evil influence will continue for years to come. His son Alexander Soros has taken over control of the Soros Evil Empire, although Alex has already been actively involved. Current GeoPolitics and overall known weakness of our current POTUS really has me concerned. Brazil, Russia, Saudia Arabia, are all looking to dump the PetroDollar for the Chinese Yuen. These countries are looking for someone who is strong, stable and the U.S. is lacking leadership, and stability on the global stage. DC has priorities totally backwards. THey are focused on far left wing items as Climate Change, Wokeness, and are very threatened by Conservative White voters. I just picked up some silver Canadian Maple Leafs and Silver Krugerands today. I have always dabbled and saved precious metals over the years, but now I am just prepping for the next crisis.
I need to get a new (used) truck, but the prices are still so high and I do not want to spend a lot of money and get in long term debt again with all of the issues currently happening in the world.
I see our French "friend" Macron has already issued his preemptive surrender to China ahead of any invasion of Taiwan. I guess he doesn't have much faith in the alleged leader of the free world.
He is concerned by climate change, though. Most likely not concerned by any climate change attributable to China, but he WILL NOT be a puppet of the US.
