I'm no fan of the upcoming OOC schedule. I wonder if they're just trying to insure we win at home early in the season. Other than that, I don't get it.

Konkol's 4th season so it's his team. I hope we have a great season and get back to winning. Five straight years of 20+ wins overall and 12+ wins in conference made last year tough to swallow (17 - 16 overall & 7 - 11 in conference). Another season like last season won't cut it.

Renewed 3 of our 4, one family working nights now.

The IS A BORING SCHEDULE. If Mrs Russdawg and I didnt consider games as "date nights" when we drive to Ruston, eat out, enjoy the drive, I'm not sure we'd keep them. Not for basketball anyway. Never have I had less enthusiasm, no energy looking forward to a wasted Nov-Dec. Hope somebody on campus "gets it" before next year. This $1000 for tickets could sure go towards some wheel upgrade on my bicycle.
