USM up 5-0 in 5th
USMs pitching has held up all tourney. Good teams don’t slump at tourney time. Ironically the conference leading pitching staff couldn’t get a starter past 3 innings.
Well, Baylor just won the Big12 Championship title for the first time ever. So we have that going for our RPI.
One projection this morning still had us in, but I think that’s crazy talk.
I wouldn't even vote us in after the way we folded the tent. Frankly, if we're honest, LA Tech didn't play as well as FAU, USM, Rice or Charlotte in the tournament. But, if there's a 5th place trophy available, then that's what we earned.

Yes, maybe 5000 were there at kickoff. It never really stopped raining.
