His offers are from Tech, Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Kansas, Memphis, Tulsa, and Tulane. Rivals has him as the #38 ranked prospect overall from Louisiana in 2019.

Amite should never lose. They have Kyle Maxwell on one side of the field, and he's not even the best receiver on the team. The other side has Devonta Lee, another 6-2 receiver with offers from Alabama, LSU and A&M. Oh, and on the defensive side of the ball is big 6-4, 335-pound nose tackle Ishmael Sopsher, the No. 2 prospect in the state who is down to LSU and Bama.

Exactly what I was thinking. Maxwell didn't announce his commitment to Tech but did retweet Walker's announcement that he was leaving Tech. Maxwell doesn't appear to be committed to Tech to me.
