Lane's main man over at Houston isn't doing great either. Rice is stuffing Houston's running game. Now Rice leads 7-3 end of 1st.
The good news is FAU has made it into the 2nd qtr....the bad news is OU just scored again, 35-0 now.
What a way to start a season. Thank goodness we do not open our season like this. I think we will win tonight, might now be easy, but it will never be 56-0. Of course, FAU might still have a pretty good season within CUSA. Although I do not think they will dominate like last year.Originally Posted by dawg80

What the heck!? FAU got some preseason Top 25 votes. This is supposed to be Lane's team for 2018. They didn't have any key injuries and were missing some starters. This was the best they got, apparently. It was an old fashioned beat down, plain and simple. Major embarrassment for FAU and for CUSA.

Never should have scheduled a game against a consensus, pre-season play-off favorite, on the road for the first game. of the year Not to mention FAU was breaking in a new QB. This beating was almost as bad as ours against Mississippi State last year.
