That sucks. Kitchen was widely regarded as our best CB before Amik arrived. Hasn’t been able to stay healthy. And we need Courtney’s size up front badly. We are light at DT.

The last time I anticipated a season this much was 2012. Like 2012, to me it just looks like we have the pieces in place for an extraordinary year. Really hope this season gets us our first CUSA championship!

Absolutely. The coaches fixed our depth issues with offseason recruiting, we've gone from one of the 10 least experienced FBS teams last year to one of the 10 most experienced this year,... This season should be similar to 2012 when the Orange Bowl reps came to Ruston to watch LA Tech.

But, let's not put the cart before the horse. If this is truly to be another 2012, then the Dawgs will crush USA tonight. A team THAT GOOD is far too superior to a middle of the pack Belcher. At best, that's what South Alabama is. They are not Troy (even though they upset Troy last year), and they are not Appy State. So, like the 2012 Dawgs? If that is true: Tech 45 USA 12

I remember a couple of WTF games in 2012. 28-14 at NM State and 62-55 at Texas St. W's are all that matter really.
