A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT ASCENSION...NORTHWESTERN ST. JAMES...SOUTHEASTERN IBERVILLE...SOUTH CENTRAL EAST BATON ROUGE AND ASSUMPTION PARISHES...
At 326 PM CDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Geismer to near Bayou Geneve. Movement was north at 15 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms.
Locations impacted include...Baton Rouge, Gonzales, Donaldsonville, Napoleonville, Oak Hills Place, St. Gabriel, White Castle, Sorrento, Westminster, Geismer, Old Jefferson, Paincourtville, Inniswold, Prairieville, Supreme, Village St. George, Shenandoah, Carville, Belle Rose and Gardere.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Upon further review the wider view shows lightning all around BR.
Lightning clock started over. Unless warmups are shortened, the game cannot start on time.
The good news looks to be that there are no storms within a short distance south of Baton Rouge right now.
