I fine it hard to believe that UAB has better pass coverage (way better) than LSU. So why couldn't J'Mar find guys open enough to throw the ball to?! Why oh Why didn't coach let someone else try?!

We ran that crap ad nauseum last night and it got stuffed repeatedly- the same damned play over and over. Our top 2 RB's are hurt and we decided that NOW was time to run the ball nonstop vs the biggest, most physical team in the conference?!!! We don't even use TEs for extra blocking!!!!
Very disappointing offensive game "plan".
I guess it could have been worse. If we hadn’t had all those handoffs, J’Mar might have been sacked 15 more times than he was.
I was in the middle of the student section. It was all started when UAB had their 3 and outs in their first few drives. The Tech students were talking a lot of crap to the UAB players. Then later Brown #28 threw water from a bottle at one (not the bottle just water). Later UAB's #51/57 said "Yeah talk your s--- now!" when they went up 21-7.
Our students were much more interested in sparring with the UAB players than watching us run draw plays for -5 yards. Most of the UAB players that responded just pointed to the scoreboard.
Was Tucker in trouble? Why else would he have not gotten the start.
Tucker got hurt at UNT. They saved him until the 2nd half because he wasn't 100% healthy. And of course Dancy was out since his injury at LSU. That made for a great "Let's run the ball nearly 50 times vs the biggest team in C-USA" game plan.
Any insight as to what is going on with the team ? Is it just the offense?
