We need to start checking our numbers. Is everyone aware that our 2016 season, five home games, garnered only $l,212,000 or just an average of $242,000 per game in ticket sales? 2017 figures arent available yet. If we loose 10,000 fans per game then we have no ticket sales at all. Forget about the "announced" attendance, its the paid customers that count and thats where we are really hurting at present.

Don't be surprised to see a P5 body bag game show up as a bandaid .
The Crimson Tide will pay a combined $6.71 million for a quartet of home nonconference games scheduled between 2021-2029 after agreeing to host Southern Miss, Utah State and Western Kentucky for an average of $1.9 million between 2021-2023, according to game contracts obtained through an open-records request.
Research works wonders maybe a booster will do the same!
The excuse we always hear is that Tech commands less of a payout because we are better than many G5s who won't spoil homecoming.
But it's not 1999 anymore. Skip's record speaks for itself. We should be getting 1.5-2 mil per body bag.
Bumping this old thread.
Once again it’s a valid question.
Is it time? What’s it gonna cost?
