His tip drill catch made the list (no 7 I think).

Yep 7th. It was a good catch, good concentration.
I admit I was lukewarm on Veal. I have posted he's the best we have, but as I have been very critical of the WR corps, that wasn't saying much. But, Veal is the real deal!
Hardy has stepped it up too.
Pretty obvious that Holtz was holding Veal back on punt returns. When his (sorry to be so negative here) -5 yard, last in nation, punt return stats came out he allowed Veal to start returning instead of fair catching every punt. He may fumble one eventually, but he at least we are playing the game to win now.
Ben Carlisle made a great point on the post game show about Veal last night. Veal knows how to play the position. He finishes routes and plays the ball which actually helps J'Mar. The comparison he made was when our receiver didn't draw the interference call last night. Had he come back to the ball he would have gotten the call. Veal would have recognized that.
If everyone is healthy I think this is the best group of receivers as a whole we have had in memory. No one as good as Taylor or as dynamic as Henderson but more depth. J'Mar needs to give them more chances.
Hardy and Veal are a great pair of receivers. I have a lot of confidence in both of them.
Honestly, with the two catches last night by Veal and Hardy, a previous one (at least) by Hardy, and Bonnette's ridiculous catch, we should be able to put our own Top 10 Catches highlight reel together. This reel would be good to show to receiver recruits and say "Do you want to play for Receiver U?"
I hope his knees are okay.
Why is it so hard to do basic high definition?
Tech Football twitter needs to post videos, not stupid GIFs.
We are very lucky to have the receivers we do. Makes it all a little more frustrating.
