So, sooner or later, every program loses a bowl game. Even the mighty Bama! And eventually, we'll lose a bowl game too with Holtz as coach. Could be this year. BUT! until it happens gotta have confidence the Dawgs will show up, play great, and prevail!
Skip must get that from his dad, who was considered "the best big game coach" in college football. That mantle has passed on to Nick Saban now. But Lou Holtz was awesome preparing his team for bowls. Remember when he was at Arkansas and they had a mighty Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl, and then Lou suspended 7 key starters for team violations and everyone was like...oh man! the Hogs who were gonna get beat bad by the Sooners before, will get slaughtered now. Final: Arkansas 31 Oklahoma 6
Anyway....all you naysayers just need to chill. The Dawgs will win whatever bowl we're in, and it won't matter how good the opponent is, or isn't.
