If they don't play more than 4 games and haven't redshirted before, they absolutely should be redshirted this year.
Elliott can play every game starting next week since Tech won't be playing in a conference championship game.
Unfortunately that is exactly what Holtz did.
He redshirted EVERY QB besides J’Mar.

This game was over at the kickoff. With the braintrust we have on the sidelines, it is pointless to have any expectations in these types of games. It was actually nice in 2011-2012 to go into these games thinking we had a puncher's chance. Now we're just the equivalent of the Washington Generals.
