Abraham chunks another Pick 6 to make it Charlotte 14-0 right at the end of the first quarter.
Next offensive possession USM got near the Charlotte red zone, but QB Jack Abraham threw a 78 yard pick 6 INT.

UMASS just beat UCONN of the AAC, 22-17.
It was UMASS's first win all-time against an AAC school.
UMASS is now 3-6 overall. UCONN is now 1-7.
USM drove to the Charlotte 5, but Abraham's 3rd deep sack of the day forced a FG attempt from the 20. Wide left.

Should have been an Abraham fumble before he threw the 3rd pick, but gutless C-USA replay review wouldn't make the obvious call as Abraham lost control before his arm started forward. What is worse is that the incorrect call was CONFIRMED.

These have got to be the two worst red zone offenses in FBS football. Charlotte drives to the redzone, then gives up huge losses. But their kicker is able to bounce the FG off the upright and through.

Charlotte adds a FG to start the second half. 17-0 49ers.
MT gets a FG to start the game in Norfolk.
Quick Blue Raider TD makes it MT 10-0 over ODU midway through the 1st.
ODU special teams snafu gives MT a short field to make it 17-0 Blue Raiders, but ODU answers to cut it to 17-7 late in the 1st.
Rice uses lots of wildcat offense to drive the field on North Texas to open the game in Denton. 7-0 Owls.
17-3 Charlotte over USM heading to the 4th quarter.
North Texas gets to the redzone but is pushed back and gets only a FG to make it 7-3 Rice.
Busted coverage gives USM an easy TD to make to 17-10 Charlotte with 9:34 left.
Charlotte leads 17-10 with 10 min to play in the 4th qtr after 43-yd TD pass from 5th string Freshman QB (Whatley?). Must be nice to have a QB that can actually hit a receiver ON THE RUN!!
This is actually turning into a good game.
