I feel this is very well earned. Working his way to a very high draft pick and a fat paycheck. GREAT JOB!

This is some great, positive news. No comments? Things are worse than I thought. Jaylon Ferguson is a terrifically bright spot on our team. IMO the next great Tech professional football player.
He can't be any good. Skip and and Blake are coaching him. Besides only sunshine pumpers make positive posts.
Can't wait to see him on Sundays, but sure wish we had him one more year. It is always semi-sweet when one of these true stars graduates and goes to the NFL. I want that for them, but I wish some had 10 years of eligibility.
Sunshine Pumpers = Flamers and neither have any credibility.
BTW, on another thread we were discussing great DEs and I totally neglected to include Hall of Famer Fred Dean. Although, I think he played mostly DT while at Tech. He was a DE in the NFL. Some of you old timers might remember if Dean was considered a DT or a DE while at Tech.
How's this for a three-man rush on a 3rd and long....Jaylon Ferguson, Fred Dean, and Walter Johnson! Want a 4-man rush? Well, there's Eric Shaw, Houston Bates, and few others you can choose from.
I love wide open offense but love great defense just as much -- BBB as a rule only writes about offense ( mostly negative)== SUPER BOWL Tech defensive players-- Larry Anderson, couple with Steelers-- Doug Evans ( Packers) -somebody else . old adage was "defense wins championships " --AMIK-Ferguson have helped Washington-Jackson-Snead- etc become great players--guess its time to switch to knocking Coach, AD, JM etc. 6-2 on way to 9-3 and fith bowl
I am very grateful that Jaylon decided to stay for his Sr. year. I wonder if Amik will do the same. We may only have Amik for one more year.
Jaylon is the reason I will make every game I can this year. I love defense! And I relish watching great players do their thing. He'll be tearing 'em up on Sundays soon enough. For now, he's "out for the red, white, and blue!"
I know this will surprise you, but I would be pleased with 9-3. Our defense has really stepped up this year. The early turnovers killed our chances at LSU and our offensive game plan for UAB sucked. I’m obviously no big fan of Holtz, but if we finish 9-3 that will be a good year. And should be the norm in the current CUSA. Holtz has a tendency to lose games he should win, so I think that’s our ceiling with him. IMO, he’s average at best.
Even to this day, Terry Bradshaw speaks very highly of his days at Tech. In a lot of ways, he put Tech on the map in this generation. I have not doubt that Jaylon will be a great ambassador for Tech far and wide.
Fun factoid for us Dawgs. He's from St. Francisville, the heart of LSU country. I'm sure that little town will have billboards and stuff up praising Jaylon. Hopefully, it will get more exposure:for Tech and we can get more quality recruits from down there.
Super proud of this young man.
#45 Has quietly snuck his way into being possibly one of my Top 10 favorite Tech players of all time...
He is money - and seems to do things the right way
I hope he has another big day Saturday in front of the scouts
