Just what we need a UAB loss. But will it matter - the way we are playing we’re gonna get skull crushed at USM.

That's why I asked the question. If you can't answer the question, then just keep moving on.
I was trying to understand why Rice -with NO TIMEOUTS remaining in the 1st half-- was allowed to stop the clock on that last series after the short "shuttle" pass to the RB was completed. He was tackled with 6 seconds left, with the clock moving, in the middle of the field. They marked the ball where he caught it --not from where the previous ball was snapped-- so it was obviously a catch. Then the refs stopped the clock and everyone took a timeout. Both the game clock and the TV announcers said Rice already had no timeouts remaining when that drive started.
It could have ended up being a material issue, but of course the kicker missed it.
Rice had 1 timeout left. Tech had none.
my God we are terrible!! The fact that we could still win this conference speaks VOLUMES about how terrible CUSA is.

It is baffling that Holtz won’t make a change at QB. He has lost this team and I’m starting to think he deserves to lose his job.
