It's ironic that the Other Site views this as the one screwup that the AD was responsible for, when its the exact opposite.

They have a some subscribers who refuse to hold the Indy Bowl Committee accountable. Tech chose to throw BVDV under the bus and make the bowl mess his fault while ignoring the fact that the Indy Bowl gave us an ultimatum after we had bailed their ass out on two occasions.

Also, Reneau and Dykes signed off on the "wait to hear from the Liberty Bowl"

Listed attendance at that Indy Bowl was 41,853. The Indy Bowl record attendance is 50,459 with LSU and Notre Dame, two iconic programs. I would have been shocked if Tech and ULM would have drawn 61,853 as you say.

? I said they'd have sold another 20K tickets not gotten a sellout. There might have been 12000 there that day. Those lying POS SOBs said 41K just to show us up.
