Barr knew exactly what he was doing when he took the AG job. He knows what would happen if the democrats are able to pull off this coup and he's going to do everything he can to make sure it doesn't happen and that it never happens again. Barr will go down as a true American hero that saved our country. I just hope he has plenty of security because we don't know what these desperate democrats will do. They've already tried to take down some republican congressmen. Democrats want open borders, high taxes, illegal abortion, socialism, gun confiscation, transgender, and the ability to change the constitution when it interferes with their liberal crooked agenda. Can you imagine what Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, or Thomas Paine would think if they came back today and saw all the crazy stuff that is going on with these democrats? BTW, the latest polls, on the dem side, have Biden leading, fairly comfortably: Biden 35% Sanders 16% Warren 13% Harris 8%

Two things, it is still very early, and can you really trust the polls? They have proven to be very WRONG! a few times recently.

But, let's assume, for argument sake, the polls are accurate (+/- 4% variance). They show that Sanders has shot his wad and his light is fading. Actually, Warren is the female version of Sanders, when it comes to philosophy. So, speaking strictly from a political ideological perspective, destructive/evil socialism is polling 29% among likely Dem voters. But, the question was raised on a panel discussion, on FOX, of course, where you will actually see both sides represented, by a Dem political hack, if Biden gets the Dem nomination, will this 29% be compelled, enthusiastic about going to the polls? He says there is a risk many might stay home. That's his assessment, not mine.

I was surprised he did not mention, and no one else on the panel did either, except kind of dancing around it, the point that there will be a strong anti-Trump vote among Dem/leftist voters. Meaning, many might hold their nose and vote for Biden, the nominee, just to defeat Trump. I have been warning Trump supporters for two years now, just as he benefitted from a strong anti-Killary vote (myself included), that shoe is on the other foot now.

And, again, if we assume the polls are accurate, look who leads amongst likely Dem voters: Biden, Sanders, Warren...three OLD, WHITE folks (64% total), with Harris garnering strong support in California and the west coast. What has happened to all those young, progressive, energetic candidates? Flashes in the pan!

More polling data...and analysis.

I didn't catch the names of them, but on FOX they spoke of three polls/studies that are predicting a "fairly easy" win for Trump in 2020. One of these nailed the 2016 election, and did so in very early 2016, even before Trump had officially secured the GOP nomination. They said then, and say today, the only thing keeping it relatively close is Trump's mouth and Tweets, and his bombastic personality. I have said the exact same thing.

"It's the economy, stupid!" That's the single biggest reason the 2020 race is Trump's to lose. One of the polls said if Trump would tone down the rhetoric, get more "presidential," he would win re-election in a landslide that would rival Reagan's ass-kicking he put on Carter and former VP Walter Mondale. Hmmm...a former VP?

As with all such matters, we shall see...

The Mueller investigation wasn’t just about Trump.

But with respect to Trump, Mueller could have cleared him of wrongdoing. He clearly stated he couldn’t exonerate Trump on obstruction. It isn’t his job to recommend charges. That is the House’s job. It is the Senate’s job to try him for those charges. Mueller, serving for the executive branch, wouldn’t and shouldn’t usurp the role of the legislative branch, in this case the House.

It WAS his job to prepare a report with detailed facts and findings. In part II of his report, he outlined 12 instances where Trump engaged in obstructive behavior. If you actually read the report, particular part 2 pertaining to obstruction, it literally explains everything including why he did not make recommendations and discussed how it is within Congress’s authority.
