.....I'm just shocked that anyone could miss from some of the ranges Powell is missing from. I'm not kidding when I say my wife could make some of those shots, and she's never played basketball in her life.
That was a crazy game. I missed the first 3 minutes, but I saw the rest. The refs and fouls got nuts late.
We played tough despite our free throw woes. We have to get some help from our bigs. A school that has Malone, PJ, and Millsap needs to help our guys inside. I mean come on. We cannot score 90 and get zero production from those guys.
Good win though. This team will be interesting to watch this season as they grow.

He definitely had an off night, but before tonight, he was leading the team in field goal % at 54.4 and leading in rebounding at 6.5 per game. I believe Dave & Jack named him the player of the game on the post game radio broadcast a couple of games ago. We are so lacking in size, I'd hate to know where we would be without him. He's had some off games, but he's been very solid for the most part.
Should have won it in regulation but a solid win nonetheless.

Didn’t even hit the rim or the backboard or anything. Powell has a future on an NBA roster if that’s the standard.
Powell is streaky, but he really does compete. I was so frustrated with him after lsu game because of all of the missed chip shots and then saw he had double digit rebounds. He obviously has talent, a lot of it. Let’s just hope he becomes a consistent scorer.
