CA wants to tax text messages

Crazies in CA now want to tax text messages so that revenue can be used to give poor people phones.

    https://www.mercurynews.com/2018/12/...ext-messaging/

They also want to make it retroactive 5 years!!!

Why would anyone want to live in CA?? They are going to tax themselves to death. I expect them to tax the air people breathe soon.

ETA: I'm sure if JBE heard about this, he probably asked if the same could be done in LA...

In Texas they charge you thousands of dollars a year for the privilege of living on property you paid for.

That's to pay for all of the BS liberal enabling tax policy programs and local education.
We do need a real tax revolt; which would have happened if Hillary had been elected.
