New York Post: Ferguson ‘on Giants’ Radar’

Louisiana Tech Bulldog Jaylon Ferguson is being looked at by the NY Giants who, Paul Schwartz writes in the New York Post, as they never found “a consistent pass rush” last year.

While saying he’s “not really a cold-weather guy” and city life isn’t really for him, he’ll “play anywhere.”

We do seem to send a lot of guys out to SF. It worked out well for Fred Dean after he got there, from San Diego. I guess Rattay did okay there, kind of. But as for Ferguson, I hope he ends up with a good team that just needs a good DE pass rusher. Er, as long as it's not an NFC team. The Saints don't need another pass rusher at this time.

I agree. Ferguson's response to the "New York" question was down right embarrassing. I mean....let's just piss off a whole NFL fan base before you ever even play a down. Is it really that difficult for him to say something nice about a city that might actually draft him and give him a chance?
