Exactly. McClelland should be gone first. He doesn’t need to hire another coach. Who knows, maybe a new guy could light a fire under the current milk toast.

Honest evaluation of Konkol is that he is good at everything except emphasizing the GRIT it takes to win games with pressure. It's an attitude to me. Have to have grit to win on the road.
