Tyler Summit was the same to the Lady Techsters as the death penalty was to SMU football. Even though the Lady Techster program didn't deserve what he left behind, no decent coach in their right mind would touch the program. It's only going to get worse, but I still don't see how it relates to Art Briles. Art turned a blind eye to allegations against his players. His actions didn't kill the program. His players raping women is what killed the program. I'm sure Art knew it was over. The two incidents are not the same.

No, he was just determined NOT to be a rapist, by a jury of his peers, but apparently people reading the papers know better than a jury who heard the evidence....

Jury determined doesn't mean shite regarding if someone is truly guilty or not. OJ trial ring a bell. It all depends on the makeup of the jury. You could have video evidence of said person committing the crime and certain people will still not believe it.

A jury determination IS guilt or innocence, regardless of whether YOU agree with it or not.

The Boise player was convicted of sexual assault by a jury, appeal the conviction and the Texas Court Appeals reinstated the jury's decision this past summer. What information do you have that says he is not a rapist because it is all public record
