Very interesting historic and scientific exhibits, if you need that kind of proof. I'm a believer, but if you need some proof, well then, it's there.
    Proof of what?

i have to strongly disagree with the bold part here. if faith is completely blind, then you could believe anything -- how do you decide what to have blind faith in? there needs to be evidence. maybe the evidence for you is the inner witness of the Holy Spirit. if so, that's great, but it's not blind. you wouldn't have faith if you didn't have good reason to believe.

Oh, so you're saying that building The Ark in the 21st century is proof that one was built 6000 years ago. Sorry, that isn't proof, that's wishful thinking.

Anyway, seems like an interesting Biblical place and would like to see a replica of Noah's Ark up-close. The Creation Museum would be nice to visit also.

We got a combo ticket and visited both. They are 40 miles apart, but connected by I-75.

The size of the Ark was awesome. It was 510' long, I think that's right, and 85' wide. The Titanic was 880' long but the Ark had way more storage space. The Ark didn't waste space on huge engines, and indoor swimming pools.

What I meant by "blind faith" was simply that I believe God is real even though I can not prove it anymore than a non-believer can prove that God is not real.

fair enough. to me, faith is putting your trust in what you believe to be true for good reason, even when there may seem to be good reasons to believe otherwise. "blind faith" implies that you are believing without any evidence. this seems very unreasonable, and even dangerous.

... but there are plenty of evidences presented to those who have not seen. thomas wanted to see and touch, but sight and touch are not the only ways one receives evidence.
