UAB having an overall losing record and being 1-8 on the road so far this year sounds like trouble for the Dawgs. It’s scary how we tend to play to the talent of our opponents which in this case suggests we’ll be playing down. I’ve got my fingers crossed that we hit on our best effort tonight and this weekend to win em all.

One of the UAB assistant coaches and then the head coach were both tossed for arguing balls and strikes in the top of the 2nd. Tech up 4-0 still batting in the 3rd.

With win today we are back in the race. Got a critical series with UTSA at home next week. if the backend of our lineup would provide a little offense I like our chances to get rollin but right now 80% of the production is our 1-5 hole guys 6-9 not a lot of help.
